Today I’m guest blogging at The Pursuit of Mindfulness about using mindfulness in school as an educational tool. I had a wonderful experience trailing mindfulness with my 2016/2017 class that inspired me to write Golden Sparkles! 

At first, it was a challenge. After four months of trying to support my new preschool class into settling into a new routine, I was ready to quit. But before I did, I wondered: why not apply mindfulness techniques I’d learned to assist the students in my classroom?
